Here you can find information on upcoming events, refereeing, rules & regulations and news related to underwater hockey in South Africa. SAUWHF is a voluntary body responsible for the pursuance of all physical sporting matters related to underwater hockey.
Tournaments
South African Underwater Hockey Federation hosts three major tournaments annually; Junior Nationals which is held in March, Senior Nationals which is held either May or June and , Inter-Clubs which is held at the beginning of December. A fourth tournament, hosted by PlaySport, is the UPL – Underwater hockey Premier League has made its way on the SAUWHF calendar as an annual event.

Choose your membership
Being affiliated to SAUWHF is compulsory for all members who wish to compete in any competition hosted by or affiliated with the federation. A compulsory indemnity form will be required upon sign-up or renewal which will automatically appear when you choose your membership. You cannot be selected for play in any tournament unless you have registered through this site; so don’t delay, register today!
